Important — HMRC
Gophr treats its couriers as self-employed contractors. Under DAC7 platform reporting rules effective from 2025, Gophr is required to report your annual earnings to HMRC — the same rules that apply to Uber, Deliveroo, and other major gig platforms. HMRC will know your gross income. Your documented expenses are what reduce your taxable profit. GigShield creates that record automatically so you're always protected.
